Employment and Economic Development Cluster
The municipality of Schaerbeek has developed a Plan for Employment based on two centers M-Village and La Lustrerie – and two employment centers.
The project “Pole of Employment” consists of bringing together these two Employment Houses by building a 340 m² extension. A total of 9 structures were installed in the building, including the Actiris antenna and a Werkwinkel (VDAB). The House of Employment also provides training.
This project has the advantage of bringing together the actors of professional integration and local development in one place. A single House of Employment facilitates access to local residents, especially to young people and jobseekers.
