Training, information and promotion. Support for the creation and development of companies. Development of a cultural and tourist centre linked to fashion and design. Support for young entrepreneurs in their investment and access to capital. Improvement of attractiveness

and the image of the Priority Intervention Zone (ZIP) and the Region.

The ERDF supported the financing of the building.
