District nursery « Charbonnages »
The project includes the acquisition and construction of a french speaking childcare center with 84 spaces and 1,462m², as well as the layout of a courtyard / garden of 435 m² facing the canal.
The project, which is included in the revitalization program of the sustainable neighborhood contract « Around Leopold II », is part of the flagship project entitled « Sainctelette » comprising the construction of 3 housing units, a sports hall and a boxing gym.
The project benefits from a depollution subsidy to cover studies, soil analyzes and remediation work.
