BE-HERE-BAM
A living place, a showcase for sustainable food, accessible to the public and the neighbourhood: with an organic market and a varied food offer (beer, biscuits, coffee, chocolate....) produced on site, complemented by activities and entertainment for the public. #EUinmyRegion

BE-HERE-BAM

In May and June 2023, it is Europe in my Region, an opportunity to discover and visit the projects supported by the ERDF in Brussels-Capital Region.

The ERDF project

The CPAS of the City of Brussels acquired the “Byrrh” industrial building in 2007. The project supported by the ERDF is the creation of a pole of urban economic activities, which required the renovation and restoration of the listed building (10,231 m²). The project is now operational.

The BE-HERE project

Is meant to offer alternatives to expanding businesses and to attract new economic players to the Brussels-Capital Region. Semi-industrial, storage, production and sales areas, but also offices with shared infrastructure are made available. Priority goes to businesses in the sustainable food sector or adjacent sectors, but job generating social economy projects are included as well.
The participation of the European Union and Brussels-Capital Region amounts to 10.78M€ out of a total budget of 22.49M€
